Guest Book
We will be doing something a little different for our Guest Book - we'd like to build a scrapbook of photo memories. We ask that you bring your favorite picture of one of us, of us together, or a picture of your family. These pictures will not be returned so please be sure to make a color copy of the picture. There will be a table set up at the reception with scrap booking materials. We ask that you make a contribution to our scrap book, so please be sure to wear your creative hat.

For reservations: Individuals Making Reservation
Individual attendees can make reservations for the event directly with the hotel’s reservation department (Call 800-228-9290 or the hotel directly at 608-831-2000). Please ask for the Sara Mueller/Dan Hyland Wedding Reception Group Rate.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cut-Off Date: August 4, 2006        Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m.           Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon

CUT OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Friday, August 4, 2006.  At the cut-off date, hotel will review the reservation pick-up for the event, release the unreserved rooms for general sales, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations on a space available basis at the Sara Mueller/ Dan Hyland Wedding Reception group rate after this date.
